Playing With Pink Noise

Ok this is my first tab, which could be a bad thing... But i have noticed that there are virtually no Kaki King tabs out there, probably because of her unorthodox style of tunings and percussion. I have tried very hard by watching the music video of this song to come up with the tab for it. I can't figure it all out by myself, but hopefully this can be a stepping stone and one, or even several more tabbers can build on this to create a final version of the entire song that everyone can play... after all that's what it's about right? Just experiment with this and have fun with it... and please send me feedback or make corrections, and let's see if we can get more Kaki King tabs on the net! If anyone wants to see the video it is on the website www.kakiking.com... You definitely have to see the video or at least hear the song a million times before attempting to understand what i'm trying to do here. She holds her guitar with her fretting hand over top of the neck with her fingers pointing downwards, and then knocks on the guitar just above where the neck meets the body. Seriously, check out the video... the song and the vid are very good 'Tuning: Something open.... I use open C, but i'm not sure if that's 100% correct. Open C is: xxxx eCGCGC xxxx Ok so here goes...i hope this will help *K* means knock on the body, just above where the neck meets the body Intro: x4 PM top 2 strings............................................................ e---------------------------------------------------------------------------| C---------------------------------------------------------------------------| G---------------------------------------------------------------------------| C---------------------------------------------------------------------------| G---------0------0-----------0------0----------0------0---------0---------0-| C--h9p0--0------0-----h5p0--0------0----h9p0--0------0----h5p0-0---h12p0-0--| K* K* K* Intro/verse(1): x1 PM.. She follows the same pattern as Chorus(3) only she hits some harmonics and funny stuff along the way. She ends it and cuts back into Intro: x8 with a double knock(K*) (Pretty impressive) Intro/verse(1): x1 Intro/verse(2): x1 Chorus(1): x2 Chorus(2): x1 Chorus(3): x1 Chorus(4): x1 Chorus(5): x1 with a little variation Interlude: x2 second time with a little variation This is very hard and i currently can't figure it out Intro: x8 intro/verse(1): x1 intro/verse(2): x1 And end it on the final chord in the intro/verse(2). So that's the best i can come up with. I will try to figure it out as much as i can, and try to update, but this is mostly to get all of your great tabbing minds to figure out a tab for this amazing song. Once again, rate it as crappy as u like, it's the only Playing with Pink Noise tab out there that i've seen, and it's mostly a suggestion, but i hope that others will build on this. Check out the video and the song at www.kakiking.com and feel free to email me, Dean, saugeen_shepard@hotmail.com. Have fun.
